Downloading your files
After successful payment, you will be returned to my site, and there will be download links for all files on your Purchase Confirmation page. If you pay with PayPal and are not automatically returned to my site, be sure to click on the buttons/links to return to this site.
You will receive an email receipt with download links. In addition, you can log in to your account on my site and view your orders from the My Account page. From that page you can click on the “View Details and Downloads” for any of your orders, and download the files from the links on that page.
Download Limits
You will have 48 hours and up to 5 attempts to download your files.
If, for any reason, you are not able to successfully download all your files within the set limits, please contact me and I will make sure that you get your files as soon as possible.
Help with opening and installing Downloads
All plugins are delivered in standard ZIP format archives. You need to download the ZIP files to your computer’s hard drive, and then you can install them on your WordPress site’s server in one of two ways:
- Go to “Add New” under the Plugins menu of your WordPress dashboard. Click on “Upload” near the top of the page. Click on the “Browse…” button to find the ZIP file you downloaded on your computer. Select that file and then click on the “Install Now” button. Activate the plugin, and you are ready to go!
- Unzip the ZIP archive to a location on your hard drive. Use FTP to upload the entire plugin folder to the plugins directory on your WordPress site’s server. After uploading, login to your WordPress dashboard, go to “Installed Plugins” and click on Activate for the plugin you just uploaded.
If you have any doubts about opening or installing the ZIP archives, I strongly suggest you download one of my Free Plugins first.
