I would like to see an integration with mailman.

Two sub tasks:
1) a mailman integration field that accepts the “join” email address i.e. like (listname-join@servername).
2) When a now volunteer signs up, send e-mail to that address with the from: and reply-to: field being the entered e-mail address.

not as familiar with mailchimp, and it is a little more complected.
1) two mailchimp integration fields that accepts the list Id
2) build a post string with the appropriate parameters and use curl to send the post.
