      I’m trying to figure out if your wonderful plugin can do what I’m needing. Please let me know.

      My organization has 6 week sessions, 5 days a week. Each volunteer slot is the same for each day of the week. For example, Monday’s has slots at 4, 5 & 6pm, Tuesday’s has 9:30a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 p.m.

      I would like to know if a volunteer could signup for up for the same day and time slots for all 6 weeks at one spot rather than having to sign up for each individual date and each individual session.

      Example, sign up for the 5pm & 6pm Monday slots for the entire 6 week session.

      I hope this is clearly enough explained.

      Hi Jill,

      The plugin can not currently do that.

      However, I did create a custom volunteer management plugin for an organization last year where volunteers were assigned to regularly scheduled events, but then could requests substitutes if they were unable to attend one of their regularly scheduled events. Other volunteers could then fill those slots that needed subs. That one sounds closer to what you need, but still may need some customizing to fit all your needs.

We could start with whichever plugin is closest to your needs, and then modify it to do what you need, if you have the budget for some custom work.
