      Hey Stephen,

Is the automated Email Extension for the sign up sheets able to send a weekly (or every 2nd week) Mail with a summery of every sheet including all names like they are displayed in the frontend?

Or is there a way to have a weekly report which is the same like the pdf I can export in the backend? Need to have that automated. Otherwise it would be great to have the possibility to export a pdf from the frontend with all the data from the sign ups for a specific user role.

      Thanks in advance
      Torben

Please read through the documentation here:
      https://stephensherrardplugins.com/docs/volunteer-sign-up-sheets-automated-and-conditional-emails-documentation/
If that doesn’t help, please let me know.
I made that plugin as a subsidized development deal for a client that needed some particular automated weekly emails, and then I added some additional options and features to hopefully make it more appealing to other users. So far, I’ve only sold one additional copy of that plugin, so it hasn’t been high on my priority list.
While it can send you a weekly summary of sheets and/or tasks, it will not show all the individual signups and the associated info for each signup. If there is enough interest, I could possibly add a template tag to generate that info. But, it would just be in a regular email, not in PDF format.

Note, however, if you just want to export the table from the front end as a PDF or CSV, you can do that with the Customizer Extension:
      https://stephensherrardplugins.com/plugins/pta-volunteer-sign-up-sheets-customizer/
With that plugin, you can enable the jQuery dataTables plugin to be used on the front end (it’s the same that is used on the Admin side), and you can create custom templates for what columns to show and in what order. Then you can optionally include the buttons to print, export to PDF, or export to CSV. Note that you need to set up a template for the columns and options, and then edit any sheets you want to use that template and select that template for the display of that’s sheet’s info on the front end.
