      REQUEST: Send a detailed email to Admin when someone clears a task.

      REASON: Communication is very important between a Volunteer and the Organizer, but it can get overwhelming for the Organizer if they are dealing with hundreds of volunteers. Having a system where the Volunteer can Clear themselves is nice, but it if the Organizer doesn’t know that she now has to fill that spot, the Clear option is useless.
