Make details needed field not mandatory

Hi,

Thanks for the plugin. It is one of the most intensively component on my school site.

My volunteers like to have the possibility to leave some additional remarks with their sign-up. I now use the “details needed” field for that purpose. This field is also mandatory. However, a lot of people leave that field empty and the error message “Please complete all required fields” is not very explicit in which field is required.

I want to avoid coding in the plugin itself. I have now solved it with a custom translation (Please complete all required fields, don’t forget the remarks.). But if possible, I would prefer to have an optional field instead.
