Our organization would like the email field to be switchable from mandatory to optional.
Just like the phone number field already is.

Email is required for notifications and reminders.

If you want me to code something custom for you, contact me privately to discuss. My rate for custom programming is $100 per hour. Otherwise, I have no plans to make email optional, as that would break many other parts of the plugin without a lot of re-coding.
