Is there a way to remove the “Quantity” and “Items you are bringing” fields from reminder emails? These seem to be confusing our volunteers. Thanks!

You can put whatever you want in the email templates. Go to the settings, then the email settings tab, and edit the templates for the various emails to say exactly what you want, and add/remove the template tags for what you want to show.
