Using hide_select in URL

      On a page I would like to put a name as a link that you can click to pop up a contact form for the specified ID. It looks like using a URL is the best solution to this (shortcodes put the form directly on the page.) The URL below works except for the hide_select parameter. The correct person is in the form but I can’t get the select box to disappear.

      http://domain.com/wp/directory/?action=contact&hide_select=true&id=54

      Sorry, but that argument only works in the shortcode. There is nothing currently in the code that checks for that in the URL parameters.
