Add "class" to the location header output

    At present, location headers are output as <h3> elements, ahead of the member table. There’s no way to apply styles to these headers, because there’s no class or other way to target them with CSS. Please either add a filter so that we can specify the tag to be used, or add a class=”pta-location-header” to the code in pta-display-directory.php. I’ve had to do this myself in the plugin file, which isn’t ideal.
