Add volunteer data to PTA Signup confirmation email

I would like to edit the confirmation email to add the phone number and email address of the volunteer. The purpose is to make it easy for the coordinator of any task volunteers to find the information. I realize that coordinators can download the info and export a CSV. I am working with a relatively technophobic group of coordinators, and the less often they have to go to the site to get data, the fewer “help’ messages I’ll receive. I did not see a way to add these fields in the plugin “email” options. Is there a relatively easy fix?
