When a sign-up list is lengthy the person looking to sign-up must scroll a long way. It would be helpful to add a button at the top of the page to Only Display Open Slots. We have a prayer vigil list that has 144 slots. You can imagine the challenge one would have to locate and choose an open slot as the list fills up.

Note that you can already consolidate everything to 1 line on the signups table.
If you check the option “Hide volunteer names from public?” and then also check the option “Consolidate remaining slots?”, then you will get just 1 line in the list of signups that looks something like:
300 Filled, 100 remaining: Sign up »
No scrolling required if you set it up that way.
