      Is it possible for a user with the Editor role to access the signup sheets area? I want to set this up for our school but most of our staff are Editors, not Admins.

      Yes, if you install one of the role & capability manager plugins, you can add the needed capability to the editor role (or to the individual users you want to allow access).

      The capability they need is:
      manage_signup_sheets

      Any user that has that capability should be able to access the admin side of the sign up sheets.
