Is it possible to mass import members into the directory? What about mass update? We have about 600 members and I’d strongly prefer not to have to enter them manually. We also need to update mass update certain fields annually, is this possible? Thank you in advance!

Members are a custom post type, so if you use an importer that can import to custom post types, and map the extra fields my plugin creates to the appropriate post_meta fields, then, yes, you can do a mass import. Although I haven’t tried it with the Member Directory, I’m a big fan of WP All Import for importing huge #s of products into WooCommerce (products are a custom post type that WooCommerce creates).

Yes, as long as you set up the unique identifier correctly with WP All Import, then you can use it to update existing posts if it finds a match for that identifier. You should take a look at their documentation, which also includes quite a few useful videos. It’s a very powerful and well designed plugin.
