Excellent, thank you very much ! I’ll have a look really soon to test it.

I completely understand about avoiding plugin bloat, especially for use cases that aren’t widely requested. I will add that to the feature requests section.

While unchecking “Use on Sheets” removes fields from the table view, it also prevents them from being used in emails and sheet adding/editing.
I noticed that the [pta_sign_up_sheet] shortcode already offers granular control through options like show_phone and show_email. Building on this excellent feature, would it be possible to extend similar flexibility with Custom Fields?
For example, it could work similarly to the Group add-on’s syntax (group=”group1|group2|group3″), but for columns, as an example: columns=”sheetname|customfield1|customfield2|email|phone”
This would allow to precisely control which fields appear in the table. It would also help create more streamlined, focused displays for end users.
What do you think about this potential enhancement?

I indeed have customs fields that I enter myself on the admin side and I’m using Customizer to unckeck those fields so that they are not displayed on the front end when displaying each sheet individually. That part is working fine.
The issue is that I would like also to hide those custom field when displaying all the available sheets with the code [pta_sign_up_sheet].
It seems that you can’t make a custom template for the “all sheets” on the front end, only for individual sheets. It would also be great to have custom template based on the groups when using the groups add-on. So that on the “all sheets” page, each group of sheets could have different columns displayed, based on the group.
Hope that makes senses now.
Kind regards,
