Would it be possible to add next feauture?
If you create a new event, that it sends an automated an adjustable mail to a fixed mail list? or a mail list created with the members added in PTA Member Directory and Contact Form?
If you have a lot of reocuring vollunteers or people who just ask because they forget to check the website often, it would be real handy that they get an automated email when a new event is added.

No automatic emails were added, but a new “Email Volunteers” feature has been added in version 1.13.0, where you can email all volunteers currently in the database (anyone who has signed up and is still in the database — noting that if you have it set to deleted expired signups, those signups will be deleted when the event is over), or you can email the volunteers for a specific sheet.
