Hello. When I click on the event a pop up window has the details and two tasks with a sign up link. When I click on the sign up link, the pop up window for that shows with the correct height and width but then the bottom scrolls up to the top and you can’t read anything.

Can you send me a link so I can see what’s happening?
You can send it privately via my contact form, or simply reply to the email notification of this forum reply instead of going to the forum and replying.

The page with the calendar is: https://furnishingdignity.org/volunteer/ and you’ll see when you click on an event and choose “sign up” the dialogue box is where the error is – with no details showing, but all of the right things are checked in settings. There are no other plugin errors, as I’ve deactivated all and it’s still having this issue. Thank you!

I just checked out your link, and, maybe because I have a bigger screen, I could see what is happening. When I clicked on the signup link, the dialog box popped up and there was the “Please Wait” message while it retrieves the signup form from you server. As soon as the response came, there was a kind of roll-up / slide-up effect that basically toggle slid the form out of view. However, I was able to click on the bottom edge of the remaining dialog display and expand the box again, and the signup form was there.

I did a quick inspect of your page, and can see that there are a HUGE number of scripts loaded on that page, many of them from your Elementor theme designer plugin, and some other plugins… things like smoothscroll and layer slider, might be things to look at.

It’s definitely some other javascript being loaded globally or on that page that is doing that, because there is nothing in my plugin’s scripts that would do anything like that (and you’re the only one having this issue).

Maybe try to switch off elementor for whatever page you are using the calendar on? Use the classic editor instead, and see if that helps? Otherwise, you’re going to have to disable some theme features or anything else that may be doing some of those javascript/jquery type effects (sliders, accordions, toggles, scrollers, lazy load, etc.) to figure out where the conflict is.

I did notice that Elementor is also loading its own version of the dialog script, which is a big no-no since that is already included in WordPress itself (just needs to be enqueued), so there could possibly be a conflict between its version of dialog and the WordPress version of dialog (jquery-ui-dialog) which my plugin uses to create the pop-up dialog boxes.

Thank you so much for this info! I’ll dig in further. Appreciate your time!
