Yikes! Sign up sheet works great, but passed events doesn’t show data: the table that should show signup data for volunteers that signup update is blank. Table for current events is showing data. It’s as though when the event ends, the data drops off. Although I just upgraded to the latest, the problem occurred before that upgrade. Thank you!

You have to un-check the setting that says “Automatically clear expired signups?” on the sign-up sheet settings page. It’s pretty clear, and it’s also in the documentation. If that is checked (default), expired (past) signups will be deleted to help keep the database size reasonable for organizations that have a LOT of signups (likes ours did when I created this for my son’s school PTA web site).
You can use PHPMyAdmin to manually add entries to the signup table. You would need to look in the task table to figure out the task ID for each so you can enter that in the signup table, and then make sure you set the reminder 1 and reminder 2 values to 1 so that the plugin doesn’t try to send reminders again (although, if they are past events, it should not).
Otherwise, there is nothing built into the plugin to allow admin to sign-up other people for tasks that have already expired.
