Not possible without additional code changes, or some custom code in your theme’s functions.php file to tap into the signup link filters and change them when the user is not logged in. So, posting here in the Feature Requests section is the appropriate place, as that falls qualifies as a feature request.
The way the plugin is setup now, if you check the option to require login, then users must be logged into the site to both view and signup. If they are not logged in, they can not view the sign-up sheets (nor can they sign up).

At this time, it can only show one group at a time. Please add that to the feature requests section, and I’ll see if I can get it into a future update.
