Note that you can already consolidate everything to 1 line on the signups table.

If you check the option “Hide volunteer names from public?” and then also check the option “Consolidate remaining slots?”, then you will get just 1 line in the list of signups that looks something like:

300 Filled, 100 remaining: Sign up »

No scrolling required if you set it up that way.

You don’t need the customizer to do that (and it doesn’t do that anyway).

Scroll down to the part about shortcodes and all the available shortcode arguments. If you include the ID for a specific sheet in the arguments for the shortcode on a page, then it will only show that sheet on the page, instead of a list of all available sheets.
